He clearly was *around* people who worked at geographically-separated locations up on the Nellis Range at some point. Very likely some of the folks he was around at Los Alamos had worked at Mercury, Sandia Base, and other locations. He probably heard people talking about working on SAR/SAP and Q-clearance programs...and like everyone does who is inbriefed in those kinds of things, they talk in generalities and sometimes half-truths to talk around things that are not to be discussed outside of cleared areas. If you're not briefed in to those programs, it is impossible to differentiate between cover stories and talk-arounds and what people are really discussing.

He's like the guy you meet at a bar or restaurant who talks about his military service, and as they start to explain things they supposedly did, places they served, training they attended...it becomes evident that they don't really know or understand the actual details.  Details that anyone who has actually *done* those things would know.

When I was a college kid in the early 90s, I had the Lazar VHS tape and was fascinated by his story. In 1990 I had gone on a trip to the old Freedom Ridge with a group of people I worked with at the Museum of Flight in Seattle, and we'd seen the lights of night flying at Groom Lake. By then the F-117 had been revealed to the public, but there was still plenty of activity out at Groom.  So, when the Lazar tape came out, and there was video taken from the same area of lights out there, I bought it hook, line, and sinker.

Lazar's story was invented in a different time.  Before the internet made it possible to check on a person's educational background. Before it was possible to verify employment with a few keystrokes. Before someone could read about having worked at "The Ranch", as there were very few books on the subject by people who actually did.  A time before the lawsuits which forced the DoD do confirm that there was an "operating location near Groom Lake, Nevada".

If communication technology remained the way it was in the late 80s, Lazar could have made a clean living speaking at MUFON conventions for decades.

I know people (This sounds ridiculous but there is no other way to state it) who are integrated in the dark arts out in places that do not exist so if Lazar is correct, then he is the only one who seems to know about this S-4.

Where are the vehicles? Probably with everything else we keep underground out here. I do believe we have exotic materials and have seen things so unexplainable by anything else, to know that satellites are not the only thing orbiting our planet. Lazar is just doing his own thing his own way but those who know for sure, are generally not talking.

Those "ATIP" guys running their mouth from the Pentagon, I still don't know what to make of them. The videos released over several years, some are really odd and again unexplainable but a few are kind of silly. Then you have other indications of something exotic here with us, when pilots are talking to ATC and see things happening above their flight levels that are not just an F-15E playing around, you know there just isn't much air up there for even powerful jets as those to maneuver in the ways pilots are describing.

I have re-listened to hours of interviews from Bob Lazar today, that spanned the decades including the first and last interviews he has made.  They are all consistent.  So the claims that he was changing his story is absolutely bullshit.

He did work at Los Alamos. He did take people out to the test range to see the craft perform miracle maneuvers. He was on the Janet flights according to witnesses.

Do you have a source for that?

The only time I have hear Knapp say that was on The Paracast and it was from an unnamed source at "Dulles Air Force Base"

Unnamed sources from a base that doesn't exist don't really give me a warm and fuzzy feeling.

There is of course a Site 4 in Nevada, but it's at Tonopah.

Bob "fuzzy memory" Lazar? The guy that was busted bringing dozens of buddies and their random friends out trespassing to the range on wednesday nights to watch secret flight testing and then had to come up with something to cover for the dozens of people and now their friends that blew up the whole secret test range that he brought out there or his busted ass was toast in pound me in the ass federal prison.

The UFO guy that they were able to dig up newspapers, phone books, logs and all sorts of now digitized stuff to find out he embellished a lot of his background and he was basically an electronics repairmen for one of the EG&G contractors that serviced area 51. That element 115 they were talking about in science mags in the 80s but didn't exist on the table yet

The government, specifically NASA’s Nat. Security division, has been working at scrubbing images ever since the “Face on Mars” and “Martian Pyramids” controversies in the late 1970s during the Voyager flyover.

They also did it during Space Shuttle missions after a few leaked videos appeared to capture unusual objects moving in space near the shuttle.

Back in the mid-2000s when they again imaged the Martian surface in the same areas as Voyager in the ‘70s, they had clearly scrubbed the Face as well as the valley where the Pyramids were located in the earlier photos.

They palmed off the Voyager images as being “tricks of light and shadows.”

Enough to put food on the table and a roof over his head, without other professional employment.

Employment which should have been easy to find in the last 30 years if he actually had the educational and professional bonafides that he has claimed.  All of his CalTech and MIT professors should be able to vouch for him, right?

Instead he's selling trinkets on United Nuclear.

Not if you’ve been blackballed for leaking classified (Above Top Secret) info. They didn’t prosecute him because the evidence they’d have to use against him at trial would itself be classified, and thus publically disclosed in a courtroom. Can’t have that.

Discrediting him by way of the usual Deep State disinformation campaign, along with blackballing and sanitizing his government employment and payroll records, was more effective over time.

Yes, self employed because he doesn't have any of the bonafides that would allow him to work in the area of academics that he claims to have *two* Masters degrees from two of the most prestigious universities in the world.

Not a single person can place him in any of the higher education he claims.  No professors who taught him.  No TAs who he worked with in labs.  No classmates he was with on a daily basis.  He has no personal proof -- no working papers, drafts, or copies he let people he would have worked with read -- of required degree work he would have completed for *two* Masters programs.  No homework from any of the classes.  No grade reports. No cancelled checks for the tuition, books, or any of the mountain of expenses being in such programs at MIT and CalTech would have required.

Plus, there have been *plenty* of think tanks, private corporations, and locations in academia who are no friends to the US government or the defense-industrial complex who would have plenty of work for an actual physicist. Academia is such a lover of American defense power, right?

Yeah, plenty of people who have disclosed classified information have been prosecuted for it without the USG having to disclose the specific information publicly.  The US Government is not shy about prosecuting NDAs and disclosers of classified information. The idea that this is why he wasn't prosecuted is cope by people who desperately want to believe (rather than letting evidence lead them and using logic and reason). It would have been 1000x easier for the government just to throw him in the slammer than go to -impossible- lengths to erase every lick of evidence that he did all of the things he claims to have.

Guess what: the guys who sued the US Gov't over their exposure to the toxic burn pit up at Groom had plenty of documentation of their work at that location.  Their lawsuit is what forced the US Government to even admit there's anything going on at the "operating location near Groom Dry Lake, Nevada".  These people were a tremendous PITA to the DoD in the 1990s, and they weren't "disappeared" or "discredited".

Bob has his name in a Los Alamos National Labs phone book (for an unattributed position) and a single pay stub that is of questionable authenticity.

Again, Lazar crafted a tale at a time when "it's classified" was a bit of a brick wall in terms of verifying bonafides, and never expected that anyone would be able to check up on him. Then times changed.

But, apparently physicists just run illegal brothels and sell trinkets on a website instead.  Totally checks out.

I've been into the Bob Lazar narrative since the very early 90's.

No one remembers him from college (perhaps no one wants to stick their neck out for a guy who has the FBI wanting his head?).
He can't name any of his college professors.
He has a very rudimentary understanding of physics but can't elaborate more, explain in detail, name anything beyond principles of physics 101.
He had a large sample of Element 115 (somehow?). It was buried in his backyard and recorded proof of how it works, but he recorded over the tape for a T.V. show?

Anything longer than a 20 minute interview ends with a migraine or him needing to leave (for whatever reason).

He's either a con or a plant.

Depends which con we are talking about. Like most con men Lazar has run a bunch of cons, but the purpose is to avoid having to have a real job and keep himself out of jail.

It's not me calling him a con man, it's his friends in Los Alamos who called him that. Before his bankruptcy he borrowed a bunch of money based on a jet dragster race team that never came to be, and his fake Brothel in Reno.

When it comes to the 50-ish hours he spent working at area-51, I think there are several reasons for the con. First it kept him out of jail after being caught taking Lear and friends out to view tests from a mountain top. See, Lazar didn't get fired for that, they just didn't approve his clearance. He said that in an interview back in the day. What likely happened is he got the job, went out for an evening every few weeks to do some unclassified stuff while waiting for approval, and then got caught bringing people out to the desert to view a classified test of a proton beam that may potentially have been an ABM treaty violation. When he gets drug into Indian Springs the next day, he tells them about the UFO story he told his friends. The Air Force is left with a conundrum, charge him and risk exposing a classified project that hasn't been exposed yet, or take the Bennowitz approach and let him say it was aliens since no one would believe him. They clearly chose the wrong option.

Later on the alien story got him out of jail again, he got probation instead of 4 months in jail thanks to his UFO celebrity and support from Knapp and a Congressman. He would go on to sell his story as a movie, books, his drawings of UFO's. He didn't get rich off of it, but he made a decent living.

Bob Lazar graduated bottom third of his class in High School, he went to Pierce college in Los Angeles. He never went to MIT or Cal Tech to get degrees that those colleges didn't offer. His claimed professors do exist, at Pierce and his High School. There was not a 20 kiloton explosion that killed his predecessor. If you remove the UFO aspect and desire to believe and just look at the rest of his life he fits the profile of a con man, because that's what he is.

I finished watching it last night.  The pics they showed during the brief biological part reminds me an awful lot of these.

I took these pics a few weeks ago in Mexico. I won’t say where. A contractor I was meeting with had these, along with more conventional looking ceramic artifacts in his office. They found them during an industrial scale construction project, and he kept them. I asked how old they were. He had no idea- they kept it to themselves because bringing in archeologists would obviously shut down the project.

Hand for scale. The broken one was similar size.

Wife and I watched it last night, then the newest Rogan podcast with him. It was entertaining and thought provoking. I look forward to the government's disclosure release later this year and hope it sheds more light on the subject.

My personal opinion is something beyond our comprehension and understanding of the physical world exists and may be closer tied to the spiritual world then just little green men. My lived experience doesn't involve any flying saucers or empirical evidence to support "them" but again I have no reason to doubt his statements or those of his fellow eye witnesses. Ultimately, time will tell one way or another.

I also have a masters from CALTEC and MIT

CIA men broke into my house at 03:00am and tore out every page in my yearbooks that had Bob Lazar on it

One of the CIA men was actually a gray alien

If what he says is true, then I find it hard to believe that he wasn't thrown in jail by the gov't when he spoke about it.

There are many layers in classified projects security programs.  The whole alien thing is a dead end/false trail that the gov has encouraged through selective denial.

Whatever may have been at that S4 site has been moved along time ago. What I found interesting is the claims in the documentary that the supposed location of S4 was an old mine of some sort. That information should be easy enough to find.

This is Kelley mine, it's on the other side of the Papoose range.

This is Rainstorm Group both have very obvious roads going to them, despite being long abandoned.

Kelley is the better prospect of the two because the roads going to it appear to have been used somewhat recently, but you would need to ignore almost everything Lazar said to make it fit as S4. Nothing on the east side of a dry lake bed in the side of a little hill.

Proving the existence of S4 is key to this whole thing. Either there was or is something there or there’s not. The fact that the closest any civilian can get is 40+ miles away is telling. I believe that prior to Bob Lazar coming out in 1989 it was relatively easy to get close to Area 51 but the .gov hoovered up all the land out there after he came out.

At least he didn't play the "muh migraine" card on this latest Rogan interview like the last one with him and Corbell lol.

But they did kind of stray from the topic for a while and then when Joe reeled it back in, he started to seem like he had too much to drink. ETA and it was a relatively short JRE episode.
