Found the dimensions though, 3.35" from the muzzle and 5.35" from the gas block shoulder. Kinda forgot I had a set of rifle length A1 handguards lying around......

The only things left I can think of are a front sight and stuff to go in my FSB and a 5/8x24 muzzle device that i can cannibalize the threads from. Everything else seems accounted for

Man, I remember a few years back there was a thread on here where people were buying some kind of cheap $25-ish dollar sights off of Ebay and modifying them with fiber-optics for light collection to turn them into holo-sights. The results were mixed, but they mostly looked like cobbled together monstrosities that would be perfect for this build.
Sadly, I can't find that thread now after spending some time in the archives. Maybe someone else will remember it.

You could always do the pipe-rifle night sights. A piece of pipe with a pointed screw through the bottom and the tip painted with tritium.

So with the addition of the buffer and spring graciously donated by BillyThePoet, I was able to test the lower and put 10 rounds though it flawlessly I know that isn't a lot but I didn't want to alert the neighbours
Side note, a suppressed upper with the end of the can shoved up against a hay bale makes so little sound you may not know your shit actually fired
ETA: And yes, I did feel dirty after using the milspec trigger
