No idea who this Cornell guy is/was. The yellow label was on the rifle when I got it. The rifle does work. Tested the barreled action in a vice (from the other side of a stout door) and everything was good. No idea as to accuracy at this point, since the only way ATM to aim is to line up the stub of the front sight with the mounting screws of the scope mount.
