This is all part of a conspiracy to overthrow a duly elected President because bitch Clinton was not the first bitch to be POTUS.

The media is part of it.

Democrats are part of it.

The deep state is part of it.

Sessions needs to go on national TV and explain the truth.  Fire Mueller.  End the witch hunt

Then investigate the real crimes.

That isn't the point.   We know now where Mueller is going with all of this.

I had read the plea now I just read the charges.

The connection to Trump: "Corporation 1" (not "campaign 1" but "corporation 1") was trying to shut women up who could release negative stories about Trump and started negotiating with "woman-1" to buy her silence. When that deal fell through, Cohen got involved and created a LLC and used that LLC to wire six figures to spike a story that would impact a federal election. Cohen then asked "corporation 1" to reimburse his "election expenses" "from the trust" while listing the remittances as "legal expenses" and was paid over a 12 month period (at or around $420,000).

So, for starters, they are saying that pay off was a campaign contribution and secondly the amount (~$130,000) was in excess of the $25,000 annual limits.

So I would assume when they are done with Cohen, they are going to move on to the executive(s) at the company in question, the members of Trump's campaign who had the idea or pushed the idea, and then use that to claw their way up to Trump.

This isn't going to stop.   Even if Trump wins in 2020, and I hope he does, they won't stop.    If Mueller isn't fired then I can see him pushing this until Trump leaves office and then, assuming a D is president, pushing forward to destroy him.   Of course they will settle for forcing him out of office or keeping him from winning.

This would be funny if it wasn't so serious.

It's against the law to pay for someone for silence of legal activity?

Well according to Lanni Davis who is Cohen's attorney and a corrupt Clinton cock sucker the president is a criminal just like his client and his crimes actually influenced how people voted.

The left and Mueller will not let this go.

As I have said before, it would be funny if yet another powerful man is taken down over an affair and a cover up.
The corrupt left wing media gave Clinton a pass despite it being in the WH with an intern and than he lied under oath about it. The press said it was just an affair and not our business. Now Trump has a couple with of affairs with consenting adults who have no ties to his company years ago and they are going to try to hang him for it for some campaign violations.

Anyone remember the Clinton's taking illegal campaign contributions from the Chinese. Anyone else remember presidential pardons for the PR's in order to garner votes from the PR community to aid someones senate run.

They are claiming Cohen worked with a corporation which worked with Trump's campaign to pay off women to keep their mouths shut.   They are treating the pay offs as campaign contributions and since they were not disclosed and the amounts exceed the limits, that's illegal (i.e. Dinesh D'souza).

It's complete and utter bullshit but they are going to use it to piggy back from Cohen -> the Corporation involved ->  Trump's campaign -> Trump.

Yep. That was it. If it's such a minor infraction it just warrants a fine then it's a non-issue.

So is Mueller going to prosecute Rosie O'Donnell for her illegal campaign contributions using various names and addresses too?

Are you a Republican:  Yes or No?

If Yes:  illegal.  Go to jail.
If No:  "mistake."  Pay a fine and publicly apologize.

See, isn't that easier?

(8) (A) The term "contribution" includes

(i) any gift, subscription, loan, advance, or deposit of money or anything of value made by any person for the purpose of influencing any election for Federal office; or

(ii) the payment by any person of compensation for the personal services of another person which are rendered to a political committee without charge for any purpose.

So Trump hired this old guy Manifort as a delegate counter who was refereed to him (probably by the swamp for this set up), Ford used him Reagan used him, maybe Bush too. He worked for Trump for a couple of months during the campaign.

Evidently he used Dem-tax havens like most of the swamp.. Other than that, nothing to do with Trump and this is all they could come up with. They are pushing this as a diversion to hide the fact that Obama weaponized intelligence agencies to thwart an American election and HRC and the DNC colluded with foreign intelligence agencies and had a fake dossier wrote up to smear Trump and then lied to a FISA court to start this whole sham investigation...that is the real story is the fake news MSM 'enemy of the people' are leaving out.
