Quoted: He was sick for about 2 months and what started out as something that might have been easily fixed turned into something deadly. He was a stubborn person who didn't like doctors and just wouldn't go. So as his daughter and I discussed, really he died of stupid stubbornness. It was not covid, they tested him at the hospital and he was negative. The stubborn ones may not be the wisest, but they're always the ones we remember. It bit him this time, but those attitudes are what make really great guys. I don't mean to insult or wound you in your time of mourning, rather I'm saying those attributes made him who he is. I'm positive you have many fond memories of him overcoming things. Stubbornness is a double edged sword. I enjoyed conversing with him, and I hope you find solace that his life was enjoyed by very many others. |
