Funny story. I wasn’t able to go. I had to work and had no pto. Anyways. I look like the dude with the 50. Like we could be twins. A few guys at work know I’m a gun guy. One of them went to hr with a pic of the 50 guy (smiling like a motherfucker??) and said they felt threatened. They hauled me into the office. The look on HRs face when they realized I was at work and couldn’t possibly be in Richmond. The person that reported me ended up shooting herself in the head one night. Kinda ironic. |

Every federal asset imaginable was crawling all over that lobby day gathering intelligence from mobile devices. Frankly I think it was analyzed to see how such a thing could be weaponized for political advantage at the US Capitol. It got everyone's attention even though the media tried hard not to do any reporting on it. |

I'm glad it all went peacefully and was effective in the end. |

It was truly a great experience. Well worth the drive. My buddy caught hell from the Sheriffs department he worked for when they found out why he took off that day. There was a strong feeling in the crowd that a line had been drawn and would not be crossed. I was glad to have been a part of it. Oh, and the attendance was at least 50k. My buddy and i have worked NASCAR events with 150k people and know how to estimate a crowd. |

Definitely a cold morning, and nerve wracking not knowing the main body had planned on arm bands, but some in the hotels didn't get the memo so we showed up without. Probably the craziest thing I remember was a dude dropping what looked like a Makarov from a nylon shoulder holster and watching it clatter to the ground. The guy picks it up and starts trying to either clear it, or put it in battery by racking the slide while pointing it into his gut and when he starts getting yelled at to watch his muzzle he wanders over and has the audacity to claim "I'm a firearms instructor, I know how to handle a weapon!" The window being opened in the hotel overlooking the crowd was definitely a pucker factor moment too. |

Proud to have been there! My team's (SVBB) mission was to disseminate VA113 handouts so we weren't in battle battle rattle with the main group. We did watch the column come marching in, and it was a sight to behold! I made friendly conversation with the officers posted near us, and compared notes on how we were keeping our feet warm. It was an amazing thing to see the peaceful airing of grievances, and yes, it could have gone sideways, but order, discipline and cool headed Ness prevailed, both with us and the Leo's out there in the cold with us. Best peaceful protest in Virginia history by far, if not US history! |

50 cal guy was the winner of the day. I remember some jitters ahead of the day, we parked on the other side of the river, left all cell phones, GPS watches, etc and walked across the bridge. To our pleasant surprise, we were not alone, lots of others doing the same thing. I remember Alex Jones in a humvee, "antifa putting acid in plastic bottles," seems like yesterday. It really was a great event. |

Feeling nervous about the potential dangers while also feeling comfort in that I was surrounded with people that were here for the same reasons. I really felt apart of something on this trip even though I went by myself. I had the phone number of one member from AZ and one member from Virginia and they had my phone number. I got lucky and found a parking space below the capital and walked up the hill. I was only armed with my Beofeng radio. I felt comfort hearing the guy report good info. I laughed when he said, “There is a billboard truck driving around the capital stating Epstein didn’t kill himself.” I saw that that antifa bitch at the top of the hill antagonizing everyone as they walked by. Glad to hear she was arrested later in the day. The only arrest to my understanding. That was the largest and most well planned event I have ever attended. Those of you that put that event together did an AMAZING job! |

I've never felt as alive, or been as proud to be an American as I did that day. We stood up for what was right for once, and they took notice. I'm privileged to have been there with y'all. Myself and a dozen buddies were there with you all. Met a ton of great folks from around the country. We Virginians thank everyone who showed up and continues to help our fight via VCDL and other 2A organizations. ETA: two of our group went in ‘the cage’ to be by the mansion. They didn’t have porta-potties in there, so they just pissed on the bushes while a couple Moms Demanding Action hags looked on in disgust

I was freezing my ass of that day. I didn't decide to go until the day before so I missed the gathering with everyone the night before. Ended up talking to someone on one of the Telegram channels setup for the rally and linked up with a guy who wanted to go but didn't want to drive down. I met them early that morning and drove down and parked at one of the stadiums, the Diamond. Didn't want to wait in the long line in freezing temperature so we walked to the Capital. Enjoyed the day and glad I was there. The Telegram channel "RattlesnakerallyChannel" is still there with lots of pre-event photos. I think those are the photos Blackfox took the day or days before the rally. |
