A big thanks to everyone for all of the kind words, your complements are much appreciated. And also a sincere thanks to those that hate the rifle as well. Let me reply to you by saying that you are not alone, I hated it too.
Every time I walked past the bench and looked at a mess of wood, metal, barrels, and AR parts, I screwed up my face in disgust, and cussed it. Turning a perfectly good AR lower receiver into a single shot per pull lever action made me feel all dirty; like I was moving to a ban state and had no other choice but to comply (complacency is not my thing concerning the un-American restriction of my rights & freedom). However, I also didn’t want to just bolt on a nonfunctional lever for show, which would have just been lazy (conundrum). So my time and work invested to ensure the lever design functioned, well yes, I hated it! But it worked, and so far, works well. I have two completely different internal designs which I am testing, each with their own pros and cons. With the mechanics being self-contained in the stock, this should work with most any milspec AR lower. Cartridge or caliber shouldn’t be relevant, but that could change during R&D. The design should also provide compatibility for AR10 receivers, though again, I gotta work on that as well. With the time invested in this theme build, I don’t want to beat it to death running rounds through it. So for those that are asking, my next step is to complete a couple adjustable polymer stock versions, install them on a mil-spec lower, run different uppers and cartridge calibers, and see if I can break them. |

| I would have thought it very cool with a non functional lever, just as a semi auto "lever gun", but you actually made that work, incredible. People in the ban states would like to talk to you, sir. Nothing like a lever action AR to make leftists lose their freaking minds... Beautiful work. |

If you made these in 300blkout and 9mm you would have customers. maybe not wood and make the stock as small as possible, but there are plenty of folks who want to run these suppressed. 300blkout has options, but 9mm, 45acp, 10mm, ect.... doesn't really have any option. |

Personally, I think a polymer stock would take away from it, but from a marketing standpoint, I could see that. WHEN you make sell in 7.62, I'll definitely take one. But I would gladly settle on buying one in 5.56. But I need a compass in the stock.

It's extremely depressing that this thread required so much moderation. I can only imagine what the edited posts were. Seriously, taking a giant dump on peoples' creativity ought to be a CoC violation. If you don't have anything nice to say... I mean, didn't we all learn that in kindergarten? Seems like some people need a remedial course in manners.

But, I posted in GD instead of a tech thread because I wanted to share with all, which comes with the good AND the bad feedback. Unless it’s something threatening or dangerous to others which mods can’t let fly, freedom of speech is still a big deal. Opinions differ, which can help me with development if I decide to move forward. I knew I would catch hell from some. Sometimes I read negative stuff folks post here and can’t stop laughing because someone got all bent out of shape, or just posted something really funny. I would hate to lose some of that “ribbing” or “fuddery”, we can deal with here in GD. |

I doubt if Ill be able to afford one if it did come to market but I like the idea and am impressed with the mad scientist genius it took to make. |
