I knew there were exotics on Texas ranches, didn't know that included gemsbok.
I'd probably choose nilgai if I was going to hunt a Texas ranch...they're kinda goofy-looking, but they're tough to hunt and hard to kill from what I hear, and that makes them a worthy challenge. Plus, I hear they taste pretty good...
