I do agree to an extent that it can be done, however what I see a lot the last few years is that a lot of management types don't even try anymore because of the potential headache. I was working retail part time last year during some down times and saw it a lot. Managers wouldn't even bother trying to discipline some employees because they knew the game and what they were going to have to deal with. It made it tough to keep the better employees because they didn't feel like dealing with the extra work |

They got to Five Guy's. All. Ruined. Why? How did this happen? The answer you seek is targeted tax credits via the federal givernment. Back door welfare my child isn't eligible for because he is white. Businesses get a credit for hiring disadvantaged youtes. For every one they help out of being disadvantaged the rest of the world suffers due to their service. My local chipotle was taken over. There used to be some adults there--at least supervising- but now no. The food was great but now is nearly inedible. I watched a special bag of question marks load the grill up with raw pork (really looked like bats really) and then transition to trying to finish people's burritos. I stopped him.....he looked at me like I found him diddling his sister or something. |
I fail to see what the color of skin has to do with the quality of food. Management is in control, if things aren't to standard then either standards get raised or people get fired. The food going out the door is to management's standards, not the staff. If you have a problem, talk to the manager rather than get steamed up over race.

OP, I know exactly what you mean, and didn't focus on the race issue like most of the idiots here apparently did. For the comprehensionally challenged: OP is tired of paying for and not receiving service/quality food because employees don't give a fuck(doesn't matter why). |

Great service, great food, food is always made correctly, and I can get fucking napkins at the condiment station. I'll give you one guess as to the difference in the two restaurants.
