I just bought 6 quarts of ACV, a huge bag of brown sugar, big box ‘o salt, and a monster jar of pepper at Costco yesterday. I’m running to Publix today to get the remaining allspice and ground cloves. But the question remains…HOW MANY OUNCES OF TOMATO JUICE DO I BUY?!?!?!?  Thank you for sharing the recipe, we’ve been enjoying it for years, and I wouldn’t smoke a pork butt without it!
