I don't think it's going to go south and reform. We'll see. On September 9 and 10, 1921, the remnants of a hurricane moved over Williamson County, the county right north of Travis (Austin) for those not familiar with TX . The center of the storm became stationary over Thrall, dropping a storm total of 39.7 inches of rain in 36 hours. Eighty-seven people drowned in and near Taylor, and HWY 93 in Williamson County. Thrall rainfall was 23.4 inches during 6 hours, 31.8 in. during 12 hours, and 36.4 in. during 18 hours.This storm caused the most deadly floods in Texas, with a total of 215 fatalities |

That's crazy. Water is super powerful and under-estimated. I thought you were in Nassau Bay but should have known SSH since the hotel is so big in view. I worked over there for 6 years at 2 engineering companies. Just got back from Boondoggles and Arlans Market. Both had plenty of beer.  guess I need to cancel those plans

Cantore sounds like he's pouting. He was all amped and talking up how strong it was where he is and now hes walking around throwing small branches saying "tropical storm force or very weak hurricane" lol
He actually said the eye is going north unfortunately then quickly corrected to say fortunately lol what a schmuck |

This will be a direct hit by the eye of the storm in the next hour or so. Previous owners said it's been through three 150 mph storms in it's history and none of these custom boats have ever sunk. Everything is stripped and sealed with all bumpers out. Insurance is paid up and it's at a floating dock that can rise to 15 feet. I know it's first world problems but fingers crossed and wish us Luck. |
