| Just a note to those not familiar with the area. Rockport and Fulton are mainland communities. Aransas Pass is the mainland community that is sister to Port Aransas via cosway to ferry or by driving about 20ish miles down the beach road and taking the cosway to Corpus. The people coming into Corpus now are probably the late evacuee from Port A who did not make the ferry that shut down hours ago. I seriously would not want to be on the island road from Port A to North Padre Island right now |
