After years of putting up with some people. I decided that some customers deserve to be fired.

You sound like an asshole unless there is a lot more going on behind the scenes that we don't know about.

Your money doesn't mean shit if you tie up 10x the resources of a customer who buys half as much as you.

This. Some places don't put up with rude customers at all. Tone doesn't transmit through email well. Maybe you didn't mean it, but an email listing a bunch of grievances probably wasn't well received. And you were buying at a huge discount.

And they absolutely can cancel your order for any reason. Was it the right thing to do from a business/publicity perspective? Probably not.

Did you mention you were going to resell? They would have to cancel your order if you did.
