The DOJ needs to file a brief in support of Gardner v Maryland at SCOTUS, regarding a lady with a VA CCW who was traveling through MD to PA when road-raged by another driver and chose to display her pistol to defend herself. MD, as expected, fucked her over and convicted her in court of carrying without a permit even though the other driver did not appear as a witness during the trial. |
