I got one from Meprona on Amazon. It works for my keys, my phone, my EDC, and some leftover room for other things as it develops. But I wear it more like a tactical sporran than a fanny pack. It would like nice with one of my kilts, I think. Attached File |

| EBERLESTOCK BANDO in blue or grey is my choice. I use the regular size to walk the dog and carry a P365 it’s discreet enough for my needs, I don’t think anyone that would care would know anything. |

I have a sizeable gut, and can IWB a G43. About 4:00 positioning works with an alien gear iwb very comfortably. The holster gets a little sweaty at times. |

I have a couple 5.11 Rapid Waist packs. They're great but they're big bags, TFB showed a Desert Eagle fitting in it. I wanted to carry a G17 and most tactical fanny packs seem sized for a 19. I carry a 48 most of the time now, looking into a Vertx Everyday or Spiritus next. I'm considering wearing both one of those and a lumbar pack while hiking, 48 in the small bag in front and hiking stuff in the lumbar pack behind me with a canteen pouch on the strap. I've got bad shoulders and overheat easily, keeping a pack off my back will help me not die. That's my preference, if I have to use it I don't want something flopping around my legs and partial clamshell is much more useful for non gun usage. |

Somewhat new for me, but for EDC when in running shorts, and even outdoors as check pack, I’ve gone to the SOE FUPA. Used multiple waist packs over the years and sticking with the FUPA, I am done. For context I also have 3 HPG backpacks and one of their chest-packs. Similar material quality to SOE, but the SOE Gear might be even a little higher craftsmanship than HPG and that is saying something. I also have a SOE micro rig and love it. SOE FUPA (yes that’s the name) works well as waist-pack AND cross body with it’s wide strap and easily adjustable buckle that can move to either side; and it comes with shoulder straps to make a chest rig too. They also make it as a dangler if you want to put it on a plate carrier. I prefer it as a chest rig to the HPG version, just know there is no molle webbing on the outside of the FUPA which you can get with the HPG. Not always in stock, but many color options including Woodland which seems to be the hot thing these days. And Made In The Mother Fucking USA! Enjoy the vids. I’ve got a Bando coming. They were having a sale and if you spent a certain amount you got a free Bando. I bought a Switchblade pack and a Bang Bang range bag, so…. I’ve tried multiple fanny packs, many of the ones listed. I recently got this Spiritus Systems Big Fanny SACK. It’s not all that big, but you can actually fit a good size gun in it. I carry a tethered down holstered G19 or a G48, both with optics and lights. Also carry a Surefire Backup, spare mag, TQ, Benchmade Mini Barrage...still have room for a cell phone and slim wallet. So far I like it. Lays really flat. Supposedly it’s made to fit a G17 and a Staccato. Not uber tactical either. Attached File Good video on it. | I use a Vertx SOCP. I’ve successfully used the SOCP and a S&W Shield to defend myself from an attacking pit bull. I was able to present my pistol and get off a shot quickly. Sadly I missed the dog. With that said, the shot made the dog break off the attack. I can’t recommend the SOCP strongly enough. |

It has a front pocket for a cell phone, a larger middle pocket, and an even larger back pocket (easily holds an M9A4 with spare mag). Every dog walk or bike ride that SOCP and shield are with me. I don’t know how many times I’ve been on that particular stretch of road where that dog attacked me. I’ve never seen a dog on that road (I’m out in the country). Out of no where (about a month ago) while I was climbing a “Kansas hill” on my mountain bike, I could hear snarling and claws scraping on the gravel. I looked over my shoulder to see a white pit closing the distance quicker than I could dismount the bike. I managed a one handed draw/shoot from the bike. The 124 grain HST struck the ground between his front feet (I was leading him too much) just before he hit my back tire. That pup turned inside out trying to go back the way he came. |
