So I finally got around to watching a majority of Trump's CPAC speech and have to ask some of you, doesn't Trump's mannerisms concern you in the slightest? I mean, it's easy to throw an insult like "unhinged" or "mental" as a throwaway insult towards someone you don't like...but in some cases, it's actually serious. Is it just me or is the guy completely bonkers at this point? I can't figure out if the stress is getting to him or if he's suffering from dementia but he talks/acts like a complete lunatic...like someone going through a mental breakdown before our eyes. At one point I had to pause the CPAC speech and just digest what I was seeing because it was so surreal. Like "Is this real life? Is this really the president saying this/acting like this?" It was incredible. If Trump's CPAC speech didn't scare some of his supporters or at least give them concern, I don't know what to say at this point. I did a little googling and it seems a lot people are in this same camp. I post articles from all different types of newspapers but some of these quotes hit the nail on the head. My ex wife as of last April was diagnosed with NPD. The similarities are fucking striking. I learned a ton about NPD sitting in on sessions, getting tons of professional notes and journals from her doctors to better learn and understand my ex, Trump is no doubt ill and most likely with NPD. The biggest red flags, giveaways, are the talking in absolutes (best, worst, tremendous etc) and more so the whole "no one knows _______ better than I do" even when referencing people who are clearly an expert or even authority on the subject Trump is talking about. |

Something is seriously wrong with Donald Trump: Let's stop kidding ourselves about that If I were to quiz Fox News viewers about Trump’s unspooled madness at CPAC, I’d ask them in particular whether they’d ever accept this kind of behavior from their doctor, their kids’ teachers or their own bosses at work; whether they’d accept it from a member of the clergy or the bus driver who picks up their children for school every day. The honest response would have to be no way -- that is unless it’s okay for our doctors, mid-prostate exam, to snap off a bunch of insulting impressions of the nursing staff, followed by paranoid threats about Hollywood types and racist blurts about competing physicians. As indoctrinated into the Fox News cult as they are, I don’t believe they’d be OK with that. And if it’s unacceptable conduct for their doctors and teachers, why on earth is it acceptable for a world leader cloaked in immense power and backed by the most powerful military in the history of civilization?
Baby Boomer Trump voters in particular, the men and women who taught my generation, Gen X, about how to properly behave in public; how to recognize and surround ourselves with people of strong character, modesty and good will -- the ideals of contrition, sportsmanship, expertise, rationality and reason -- don’t seem to hold their current president to any of those standards. Indeed, they expect to Trump reject all those values in order to own the libs, among other ridiculously infantile justifications. Wish people like Rush and Hannity would just step back for a moment from being entertainers, really take an honest look at this situation, and call Trump on his craziness. If Trump's followers aren't a little worried after seeing the CPAC speech, nothing with change at this point. Just wish we had someone in a position of authority, someone like Rush/Hannity (a person that Trump's fans respect), would step in with some honest assessment and say "This isn't a liberal thing, this isn't a conservative thing, this is a human thing and being honest with ourselves. Something is seriously wrong with Trump and this needs to be addressed." So it's probably a mixture of some sort of mental deterioration mixed with raging unchecked NPD... My ex wife as of last April was diagnosed with NPD. The similarities are fucking striking. I learned a ton about NPD sitting in on sessions, getting tons of professional notes and journals from her doctors to better learn and understand my ex, Trump is no doubt ill and most likely with NPD. The biggest red flags, giveaways, are the talking in absolutes (best, worst, tremendous etc) and more so the whole "no one knows _______ better than I do" even when referencing people who are clearly an expert or even authority on the subject Trump is talking about. Take a look in the mirror. |
