I never had issues with ice/snow when I was working in the northeast or when visiting Colorado. I stay off the road in Texas due to very little snow/ice removal since we very rarely see winter weather. |

| Question: The way I read the OP, you are banned for life is you don't show up. But what about dropping out beforehand? I don't currently have anything on the schedule, but I sometimes don't know what I am doing next week, let alone several months from now. If I get a spot, is it acceptable to give notice prior to the event? |

The earlier the better helps me better plan food out for the event and other administrative things. |
