Just want to put it out there, talked to the Range owner today. There are 5 spots for RVs with hookups on property. They should have water/sewer by Cola time, and do have power already. I have two already taken and I think @blitz308 wanted one as well. They will be first come first served as the tent camping area kind of surrounds them, so once everyone is there they'll be surrounded. They cost $40/night to the range owner. I will coordinate all of that for you guys. Contact me for payment info, want to keep it seperate from donations. You are free to dry camp anywhere on the property, and generators are fine, just please be courteous of others with the noise. There might be a few other hookups for mobile AC units and we can figure that out on site. |

Big news people. Here are the images we have planned for T shirts and patches. This is the T shirt image for the front. It will be a dark grey shirt. You know it will be the nicest material we can find as usual. Attached File Here is the Patch image. They will be a PVC patch with a velcro backing. Attached File Patches are $12 or 2 for $20 T shirts are $20 each, $25 for over 2XL Shipping for people not picking up at event will be $10 flat rate. Will have a google order form shortly. Hopefully tonight. All proceeds go to the event fund so that people will have food to eat that I haven’t shot. It’s always armadillo season round here. |
