Hung out with FBATFE this weekend and went over the property and planning. He brought up a good point. I'm floating a lot of the cost to initiate TN in cola terms. If yall want to donate towards the cause I've set up an account to do so. I will be 100% transparent with all funds and put receipts in the AAR.

Last January we had 10" of snow, the year before we had 5 degrees and an ice storm. Some years it's in the 60's. You just never know.
