Heavy crappy trigger, blowback recoil pulse. That tungsten filled bolt reciprocating is something. I have an Omega, and it runs like a champ but it is not as fun as you would think. I tried a Tommy Built, it was just like my Omega. BTW the only Omega parts are the receiver and the rails, the rest is HK. This thing goes through extractors every couple thousand rounds. The only neat thing is how easy it is to swap in a different cal. One pin out, then swap the barrel, bold and mag and you are good. For blowback, B&T APC9 is what you seek. The quality is leaps and bounds over the HK. |

Meaning you need the full auto bolt and the lower but that won't fit in a semi receiver. |

Scottsdale PD has not said whether Calderon had a weapon or attempted to threaten the officers before they shot him. However, in court Tuesday, prosecutors told the judge that Calderon was in full body armor and reportedly shot at officers with an AK-47. It’s always an AK-47.  |

They got the job done, but executing that with only four guys was a ballsy move. A couple more guys doubled up in the assaulting vehicles would have let them put fire on the target a lot quicker. And after watching the malfunctions, I’m glad my Rattler is a range toy instead of a duty weapon. |
