I hope that my next fix on my bad ankle goes well. My bad foot is questionable at any time. I am delaying the process untill after a wedding that I have to attend in October. My good foot had a surgery a few years ago that seemed to fix it. If I fuck that one up,,,,,, they replace the joint. I am happy to hear that walking the event is an option. I shoot well enough. I have eaten many thousand peeps in my life. I was proficient at drinking and puking in my 20s. My upper body strength is above average for my age. I can rig a power supply for muh CPAP, and sleep in my Suburban. I can also provide assistance with food prep. Muh BBQ schkills do not come close to the pit master WJF, but I am sure my help would be beneficial to all. |

There are rumors of a post-cola recuperation party/pit stop south of the event for Saturday evening. I can open my place up for those driving north. I’m 4.5 hours north and a little bit east of the event. If anyone is driving near Paris, TX Saturday evening you’re welcome to crash at my place or just stop for dinner. Campfire, dinner, showers, beds/couches, and breakfast are all on the menu. Other cola affiliated events here include blind folded airsoft pistol dueling, carrying a small rock around an obstacle course, and blind folded AK field stripping challenge. Let me know if there is interest. |

Came to check out the thread, and remind everyone that we're like 2 months out and time to get that ass in high gear!! I've got a gauntlet of work travel, hunting, events, kids sports, seems like every damn day the next couple of months - making a commitment to get moving at least 30 minutes every day. Committed to improving on my cardio from terrible to hopefully mediocre this year.
