Okay, this one is going to take me a bit to see what I can pull off. The writing is "modernized" Ogham Celtic I think. It doesn't fit their regular grammar rules. No idea on the emblem, but I chopped it down to this in case anyone wants to google it.

Ogham doesn't have a period on a line like that and is normally vertical instead of horizontal. So it would make sense.
