I’ve had this thread open since day one and I’m finally getting around to posting. Just starting to get back after the workouts after a month off work where my workouts were splitting wood, turning wrenches, and a bunch of heavy landscaping work. This year I’m tracking pushups, pull ups, and squats, instead of just going nuts on the pushups like last year. I’d like to be able to knock out 20 reps of pull ups by the end of the year. Year to date: 1740 push ups, 257 pull ups, 510 squats. |

I missed my 100 yesterday due to having to make multiple runs out while my wife was sick, and dropping my old phone from a retaining wall and cracking the face into 100 pieces. Attached File 300 owed today now. First 50 done at 1711 in 0:46. 5 more sets of 50 to go. |

Alright I'm in. I'll have to think up goals for myself but I need to drop 20 and get back to where I was. Started rock wall climbing with my daughter a bunch of times every week and honestly I wish I discovered this 20 years ago, its the most fun I've had while "working out" I feel fucking great after an hour of solid climbing and bouldering. |

Welcome to the party. My gym has 15-18 routes varying from 5.7 to 11 and I typically stick to the 7s and 8s unless I'm feeling froggy. And yes, I wish they'd been more prevalent 20 years ago here in bluegrass country. My plan is to do 140' (4x35') at least once every 2 weeks, and after purchasing a new Petzl Corax harness a couple weeks ago, I feel the need to increase that number |
