Today is over. Plenty of interruptions today...kept trying to make time to get in reps and every single time something got in the way. In the end I got to 525. The goal for today was to break through 16k...and as of this moment, I'm at 16,050 YTD. Did a bunch of curls and lateral dumbbell raises in between sets tonight. Im cooked. Time for rest. |

Quoted: Saw this post this morning before work and decided to go for 300 myself... Ended up getting 315, low rep sets. 35 35 35 30 30 25 20 20 20 25 20 20 910/Week 4640/Year And I'm done for the week. Im going skiing. Ok, back at it tonight. As always, you guys are awesome, I check this thread almost daily, and read every post, your efforts and words are an encouragement. Keep it going! 135 today 135/Week 4775/Year You are sick...and still cranked out pushups. These are the kind of efforts that remind me just how committed some men are...and that sir, is inspiring. It is really easy to come up with excuses to not do the things that are hard. And yet, some men simply look forward and persevere. I woke up sore, dehydrated, and congested. And now, after reading your post, I'm going to do some pushups. |

I'll do 200 tomorrow likely in a 4x50 config. 7k is close. |

I got up late today and started with a set of 50 as I was getting ready for work. Been rrading this thread and after seeing some of the sets you guys are doing I told myself to go for another 50...and I just did that. So...first time ever for me, two sets of 50 l, back to back, maybe 3-4 minutes of rest in-between. Off to work now...this was a good start. Hell...I am going to do another set right now.... ETA...did a third set (40 reps).....then a fourth (35 reps)....grabbed a quick set of barbell curls, and then out the door before daybreak. 175 so far today....to be continued this evening. |
