This is a Paraguayan 1907 mauser contract seizure rifle by the Ottomans that was later updated to 8mm mauser like the 1903/38 models. The ottomans bolted on a stripper clip guide in order for it to accept their older pattern stripper clips. Some refer to these as "pseudo 1903" due to their origin as a paraguayan contract rifle.

Rifle has been function checked, I've not fired it since having bought it. Included is a Turkish bayonet that fits the rifle. Bore appears solid with minor pitting and defined rifling.
