Still seems like new, to me!  I've had this for a few years and it's never been worn for use, only for sizing.  Otherwise, it's been hanging in my closet.  It had a set of L210s in it, for a while, but it has been hanging empty since I sold those.  There is some very slight pilling in one area on the black fabric strip on the inside of the front plate bag that sits against your body.

It's a great plate carrier, I'm just moving to large SAPIs.
