Recently bought a Seiko GMT while I was in Japan and already have two other watches so thinning the heard.
I bought this new direct from Stirling back in 2022.  It has the original hard case, the original rubber strap (never used) and a well used black Nylon nato strap.  All in all its been worn a good deal but was one of three watches that were in rotation so it's in overall very good shape.  No longer has any warranty and on me it will run about 2 minutes fast every couple of days or so (kind of depends as I walk up to 7 miles a day with regularity).
