This is a PMACA 10/22 Light Weight chassis.  It came on a Charger I bought and I went back to the factory stock.  It looks like it was once the Blue Anodized version but has been painted black.  it feels and looks like a good quality coating.  it does have some wear and scratches on it.  it is a nice piece just wasn't my thing.  It also comes with a A2 grip on it.
