It comes with a 3” barrel, 6-round cylinder, beautiful wood grips, an OWB Blanchi Cyclone leather holster, which fits it perfectly, the original box and all factory accessories. Round count is very low, less than 100 rounds. I used to carry this while hiking/ camping, but I got a S&W 640, so I don’t need this now.
