This is a Glockstore brand Gen 5 recoil rod, adds over an ounce to the underside of the barrel to help reduce muzzle rise. My kitchen scale shows 1.7 ozs which could just be rounding up from the factory weight of 1.66 ozs. OEM recoil rod weight is listed as .3 to .4 ozs. I ended up putting a comp on my 19x that required I go down to a 15 lb uncaptured spring and guide rod to maintain reliability so this factory spec oem spring weight guide rod probably only has 300 rounds on it.
