The DOD is finally phasing out the NGAL and remaining PEQ-15s. Army gets the new DAGIR from BE Meyers, Marines get THIS; the new RAIL from Envision-Tek, with both being fielded under USSOCOM.

The nice bit is, the civilian version of the RAIL, the RAILc is out and available right now! Civilian version of the DAGIR isn't expected until mid 2028 or later.

These are KILLER units. Shorter and lighter than the DAGIR but slightly taller, the RAIL has two programmable secondary buttons alongside the main activation button, so you have three different aiming & illumination schemes instantly accessible. Incredible switchology and easy to manipulate even with heavy gloves on.
