The FBI redid their qualification last year and changed the target. Essentially cut off the bottom portion of the Bowling pin Q target. Have a lot of the older bowling pin Q targets, how far up from the bottom of the pin should I draw the new bottom line?

You need that bottom portion to practice pelvic girdle shots. The new method we are being taught; two center mass , still standing, shoot pelvic.
