Hi all. I wasn’t sure where to put this thread but since the K16i and it’s Swarovski counterpart is so widely used in 3Gun and comp shooting I figured I might get some solid responses here.

I’m hoping to get real world, actionable feedback from end users/owners of the K16i who can tell me which reticle option (SM1, SI1, 3GR, etc.) is the brightest available. I live in Arizona and I’ve heard mixed reviews that the Kahles is definitely daylight bright, or that it gets washed out in bright sunlight. I’ve heard the 3GR would be better if you want an intense red dot style, daylight bright reticle option, AND I’ve also heard the 3GR illumination is weak. So I don’t know what to think. Just looking to make a purchase on a Kahles and daylight usability of the reticle is important to me.
