On say, the CS Hi Torque, or Safariland ELS?
"Install"the inner belt like a normal, dress belt, through belt loops, yes? Ok,,, Are the CS and Safarilands both "tied" to the inner belt at all points, 360 around? Wondering which one is the most "stable" and wont ride up, or flop around. Lastly. If you were not going to incorporate any of the ELS components on the Safariland, and just run it with your existing holster, caddies, ect, would you still go with it, or the CS? Im just not experienced enough to justify $250 worth of ELS goodies. |

So, with either, I can wear the inner as my belt belt, to hold my pants up, then, just slap on the CS with everything already in place, holster, mag holders, and such?
And assuming rules permit, quickly remove outer between rounds so not to tote around gear while im waiting? |

Also, keep in mind that if you remove your belt with your handgun in the holster it may be a match DQ even if it doesn't come out of the holster. Unless you unholster and case your handgun in a safe area before removing the belt. |
