| I'm working with a local gunsmith to build a Remington 870 for Heavy Metal. I haven't been able to find many pictures of competition pump guns. I'd really like to see what work guys have gotten done. Especially what y'all have been able to do with loading ports/ lifters. |
| probably not going to see that much. 870s loading gate have a way of ripping your thumb to bits. I've tried it and have the scars to show for it. The gate is also down and in the way by default, compared to a 500 that's up. I shot my 870 in one match before I started shopping for 500s and benelli super novas. |
