| I always wanted to know what choke guys and gals are running for 3 gun events? And what shot gun ammo ? 4 shot? 00 buck? Thanks |
| I use IC chokes 99% of the time, only other choke I use is a Modified for real long shots at plate racks or Texas Stars. I usually shoot 7 1/2 Remington STS or Focchi Target, I do keep a box of Prarie Storm 6 for spinners , slugs my favorite is Fredom Munitions or Fiocchi slugs both full power and low recoil. |

I use either an IC or LM. More often than not it's the LM. Our club goes by 3 gun nation rules. For ammo it states:
4.4 Shotgun ammunition shall be 20 gauge or larger. Birdshot shall be #6 Lead Shot or smaller. Rifled Slugs or 00 Buckshot (8 or 9 pellet only) may also be required. Use of steel shot is forbidden and is considered a Safety Violation and will result in a match DQ. (Rule 2.10, 4.1) I also carry a box of #6 Hi Brass 1330 for spinners. |
