the cheap scope that came on my Benjamin genesis .22cal NP has started to fail at keeping zero after 6 years... looking for a Budget( reasonable priced) recommendation on a scope or red dot to replace it. rifle is used primarily for varmint control (squirrels) and longest shot being 30 yards...ish... this rifle came with a standard pic rail on the receiver. |

I really like the Centerpoint 4 to 16 power scopes at WM they are a bit overkill however they are AG rated, and have a wide focus range (you can get focused as close as 5 yards) Attached File |

Center Point - TAG Hawke - Vantage or choice of any of their lineup are great air gun scopes, with some being very pricey UTG - Bug Buster Bushnell - Banner, Trophy or Tactical(TRS models) BSA Leupold Burris - FullfieldII I've actually contacted Burris/Leupold/Weaver/Bushnell companies and they responded that their scopes were reinforced on their new models(at least after 2008) for usage on springer air guns. The scopes you get on combo scope/gun buys, whether they have that manufacturers name on it (Hatsan/Gamo/Ruger/etc) are generally a rebranded scope from company like Center Point, but at a cheaper build quality, than what is purchased off the shelf. Except Hawke. They're quality air gun scopes no matter whether it comes as combo purchase setup, or off the shelf. |

Old thread but I didn’t want to start a new one. I have a Hawke 2x7 AO on a Beeman R7 and it’s very nice. Affordable to at about $120 (no rings) I just bought a Winchester 2x7AO x 32 for $52 and it works really nice (Crosman Nitro .22 pellet). Comes with rings, non mil dot. 100 rounds in I have no complaints. Nice glass. Scope |
