I've gone over the form several times and can't see (figure out) what the issue is. Everything looks to be complete and correct.  Frustrating....

Do you have a RP for everyone on your trust?  2 ways to fix: fill out a RP 5320.23 for everyone or amend your trust so that only you have access (you still need a trustee, IM me if you need the wording I used).

Are you using a tablet or a laptop/desktop?  Sometimes tablets don’t show the entire line and there are fields off the edge of the screen that need to be filled.

Nope, and like I said, I've checked it several times.

If it turns out to be something so glaring and obvious and I can see it, I'm hanging up my guns.

When you're at the "Responsible Persons" train stop, have you clicked on the little paper sheet icon on the right column titled "Actions" and filled in all the red bordered boxes in the popup window?

That was the issue and I missed it - the red bordered box said I needed to upload my photo which I thought I did...    

Anyhow, it's submitted now.

Good deal, I had a similar issue once using the EFT for the first time and it not saving even though it said it validated the upload, had to go back and re do it a few times before it stuck.
