Can I SBR the X95 without the "SBR kit" from IWI? I would think it would be a lot cheaper to cut down the barrel and locate a shorter handguard than to spend $750 on their kit. |

I can’t recall if the 13” barrels have a larger gas port than the 16” barrels, but Pro2Acustoms, who works closely with IWI US and cuts down barrels would lilely know. Sven Manticore Arms |

Yes you can, that’s the route I went, barrel chop, BLK LBL sbr hg, I was able to beg iwi for a short top rail. Not sure you’ll have the same luck there. I believe some guys have cut their top rail down. Attached File |
