I'm planning to go full retard with free stamps, just because it wont cost me anything extra for stamps #2-100 once I pay for the EFT and get the photo done. But I've been out of the Form1 loop for about 10 years. Built a few and then stopped when it was getting expensive. And I have no clue what's available these days for mounts and end caps. If you were going to build a tube can with baffles, which end caps and thread pitches would be on your short list? |

| When does this go into effect? I heard the BBB was written for January 1 2025 but googling says the $0 stamp won't go into effect until January 2026. How does that work? Only certain provisions of the bill go into effect January 2025 like the changes to the IRS tax code? |

The changes to the NFA tax portion of the BBB wont go into effect until the next US fedgov fiscal quarter after the 90 day period - which is Jan 1st 2026. Q1: October 1 - December 31. Q2: January 1 - March 31. Q3: April 1 - June 30. Q4: July 1 - September 30. |

Pretty sure that's a high bar legally with the equal branches of govt thing and some of the recent court rulings regarding each branch's limitations on the others. I don't see that happening, but I'm not black-pilled and refuse to accept something could possible be going our way and desperately need to find a way for it to not work out, even if it defies law and logic. |
