[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Which brace for Ruger PC Charger?

I just picked up a Ruger PC charger and am trying to decide whether to go with the SB Tactical FS1913 in polymer (slightly longer LOP and I’m tall) or aluminum (balances the gun a little better and more robust):

Or the SB TF1913:

Does anyone have any thoughts between the two?

SB Tactical FS1913 in polymer but shorter. Once you put on Armor plates in a carrier you realize everything is way too long.

What braces are on the market for the m1913 rails at this point? I've been Googling but haven't found much of value. To that point, wow, where did all the braces go??? Looks like there's been a run.

Anyone have luck with the SIG MPX folding brace on a Ruger PC charger? It seems like a common complaint in the reviews is the hinge is REALLY tough to operate... which actually sounds like EXACTLY what is needed to solve the apparent problems with the SB setup. I am strongly considering a Ruger this weekend and am also brainstorming for brace options. Other thought was a SIG 1913 to buffer tube adapter with an SB adjustable SBA3, thoughts?

Triangle brace appears to have better folding lock up. See the video above.

Unfortunately the FS 1913 still seems to fold under recoil.

I have both. I like both. The first one I have on a stribog and it works well with that gun. The triangle one I got with a psa ak pistol. Its perfect for a ak pistol.

I like the Sig one, I believe it was done by SB. The slim profile is nice, only thing I don't like how the brace spins (is not fixed vertically). The lockup is tight and hasn't come unlatched.

SB has the updated triangle folders in stock, so I ordered one with a 15% off coupon that they’re offering. Should be here by the end of the week!

I finally got my TF brace. I still don't have the gun itself yet (can't find them in stock for normal prices). The brace is very nicely made. I'm very happy with it, I just wish the gun itself would come into stock anywhere near me for normal (below MSRP) prices.

Man I might have to get me one of these. I am a 10/22 lover and this new pc charger chassis with a SB folding brace looks cool
