What kind of rail do I have?

Bought a MOD 0 upper from a guy that claimed it had a P&S RAS on it. Pulled the rail off and its actually a KAC RAS but with a different stlye lower rail. I have only seen the locking clamp on the upper rail So, what lower rail do I have? Whats the approx value? It appears to be in pretty good shape. Rail section in question is pictured below on the right. Thanks!

Yep, Sas Ras. For bottom laser thingy. As far as value I traded mine for two traditional Ras rails. You gotta find the right cloner that appreciates it.

I believe the Canadian Forces used that style as well. Just info I heard from a dealer who had two sets of those KAC RAS for sale (he said they were Canadian).

If I remember correctly, I got one around the 2000 time frame for 200/250 from Operation Parts.
