Attached File Attached File Finally opened up the case of RAPCO I've had since last fall and went to town on one of my rifles. Not totally what I envisioned and turned out darker but should work in all the seasons in Iowa. The wide spray pattern of the nozzle screwed me up when I wanted to add just a touch of the sand color for highlights and I ended up getting a little crazy respraying to time it down. Used grass for a pattern but it really doesn't show up that well, probably should've used the laundry bag. Colors were a base coat(mostly covered up now) of 30118 Field Drab Brown followed by the following 30051 383 C.A.R.C Brown 30277 Camo Sand 34094 383 C.A.R.C. Green |

In the fall and winter our browns are a little lighter but the majority of the terrain around me is chisel plowed fields so those are darker. Only the wetlands are full of light brown grass and it's usually so tall that color isn't going to matter much either. |
