Ruger 6.5 Creedmoor. I've been doing a lot of Bolt cycling in the garage just trying to make the action as smooth as I can and suddenly the trigger pull felt different and the bolt would partially rotate When I removed the Shroud this little piece of metal fell out Attached File |

I believe Ruger updated that cocking piece. Call them and they may send you the new version. If not there are aftermarket available. One example if this is your model ETA there is a tool listed there as well |

Lady said they would have to test fire it and I would have to pay for Fed Ex shipping. Looks like I'll have to buy that piece myself and replace it. |
