| I have a Czech Small Arms (imported by Czechpoint, USA) VZ61 pistol and im going to file a form 1 on. My question is would you guys use Czechpoint USA as the manufacturer? Have seen a few people use Czechpoint and had approvals. Not much info out there on this little guns so just asking first so i dont get disappoved. |

In cases where there is both an original manufacturer and an importer at play. First step is what is engraved on the receiver itself? If only one of the two, then I would go with that since ATF really wants their records to match whats physically on the firearm. If both the manufacturer and importer engravings are present, then I default to original manufacturer info for the form. |
