Let's say you are a Type 07 FFL that does some light gunsmithing / armorer work as well. If a customer provides an already purchased stripped lower receiver and components to you to fully assemble, how would you typically log this in the A&D? Obviously it comes in as "receiver" but would be going back out as "rifle"....on a separate line? |

So in as rifle (in knockdown condition), out as rifle assembled. |
