I have a Form 1 “D” size tube 1.4375”-20 internal thread. Does anyone make a 3 lug mount that screws directly to the tube? Am I better off using D thread to 1 1/8”-28 adapter ring followed by the appropriate 3 lug mount? |

Pretty sure you need to use an adapter. There may have been a direct fit made on a short run, some time ago, but none today I know of. Does anyone still make a 1.4375″-20 to 1.125″-28 Adapter? A 1-7/16 to ASR/HUB adapter should still be available. |

I'm in the same boat looking for a 3 lug mount, mine has a booster currently installed that is 1.185" x 24tpi. Some on Ebay are threaded 1 3/16" x 24tpi (probably the same as 1.185" x 24tpi and have an adapter for 1 3/8" x 24tpi.
