Looking for some published torque values to mount a Rearden Plan B mount to a Otter Creek Polonium 30. Is it advised to use rock set on the suppressor?

I rocksett the mount to can and muzzle device to barrel

Rocksett is definitely not a bad idea. FYI my EchoCore DT mount says 20 ft/lbs can to mount, and 35 ft/lbs mount to barrel.
