I’m seriously thinking of purchasing a basic unit for my 300blk for use out to 200yds or less. I’ve narrowed it down to the Hydra series from DNT. Anyone here have experience with them or recommend something else. Ty |

I've used the 384 as a stand alone and clip on quite a bit and it's definitely a great unit. Back when they where under 1K it punched way above its price point, now just under 1.8K you have to do some research on comparable models. The things that I think is a must improve is they should tether the battery cap and design a better cap/cover for the USBC plug since it'll literally fall off by just looking at it. |

I have the hs650r and so far it is amazing. I am running it as a clip on in front of a gen II 1-6 vortex razor. I don't have any experience with other units but I am pretty sure I could have went with a lower resolution and been fine. The videos you see posted with the hs650r in my opinion look grainy compared to what I actually see in person, it is much much sharper in person. The integrated rangefinder is spot on as well with my other rangefinder at known distances. Pm me if you have any questions |

Bought this for my 51st last thursday Arrived Sunday Charged batteries sunday night Played with Monday night and tuesday Again today Attached File I owned a v1 agm ts19-256 But this thermal For 741 off prime shipped and with the qd mount Worth it Haven't had time to mount it or shoot it on ome of the rifles just been hand held The iron color pallete me like But black hot is my default Guess I can use it with my 1×4 lpvo as a clip on on a 16" upper Or 11.5 remington upper as a scope Ap5 = scope And biggest stick Aero 18" .308 with vortex 3x12 scope on i guess 3x ? Need to read the manual and get some snap shots Gave my racoon the talking as well Told her to stay away from the polish girls Told her she cant hide |

I think I have my mind made up and not just running a thermal. I believe I am going to get the DNT Thermnight 335R. I have the best of both worlds (night vision and thermal) and the resolution is not too much different btw the 384 and 640 when you factor in the magnification ranges of the two. Thoughts from you guys before I purchase |

It is going on a 300 blk sbr….so the DNT HS635R 1.5-6 will be a great fit. Ordering today or tomorrow. |
