Coyote Cap apparently makes a large loop lever for that shotgun. Check out www.coyotecap.com. That might be a good place to buy an 1887 to start your project, if you don't already have one. Looks like they can sell you one that's already been heavily upgraded. My IAC 1887 is a lot of fun to shoot, but it's not really all that smooth. It feels like the relatively inexpensive gun that it is (got mine for $350 on consignment at the local gunstore). |

Newest project... 11-87 SP... Still have a bit to go on her. New stocks on the way, DMW easyloader, some sort of sling system (Suggestions are welcome as to how to run and what type of sling...) Going to a steel match with her tomorrow, then a liberal application of Dura-Coat to the parked parts.   11-87 SP 18.5" Barrel Scattergun Technologies Ghost Ring Rear 4 Round Side Saddle Choate Extended Charging Handle Scattergun Tech. +2 Magazine Extension So far I have had NO FTF / FTE's with her. Thanks for the kind words guys. The only thing she has shot since I bought her this summer is a few clays... and by a few, I mean a lot lol. I am a pretty small guy (5'-7" 150 pounds) and the short barrel plus aluminum receiver was perfect for size and weight. I was going to buy an 1100, but after handling this, I dropped almost twice as much money as it felt so much better, and I havent regretted it since. The only gripe I have is that I burn through so many shells now lol

Picked up a stock 870 tactical last week on here to play with. Went a little crazy ordering parts in the past few days...

Shotgun is a VangComp 870P with his DSAC side saddle purchased complete from Hans Vang. Sling is a Viking Tactics VTAC with a Daniel Defense rear sling mount. Stock is a Speedfeed IVS cut down to a 12.5" length of pull from the face of the trigger to the rear of the batt pad. Surefire LED fore end.
Chest rig is pieced together. SpecterGear M-1 MK-3 chest rig modded to accept ATS padded H-harness. Pouches are all Original S.O.E. Gear.
